9:30 – Foundations of Inner Wellbeing – A gentle introduction to the WHY’S and HOW’S of ayurveda applies to your everyday life
10:00 – Breathwork Session – Learn pranayama the right way. Activate your nervous system, reduce cortisol, clear mental fog.
11:00 – Guided Meditation – A simple, portable practice to calm your mind – usable at your desk or at home.
11:30 – Yoga Flow – Gentle, accessible yoga designed specifically for desk‑bound bodies. Improve posture, release shoulder and back tension.
12:30 – Ayurvedic Cooking Workshop & Mindful Tasting – Prepare a nourishing ayurvedic meal together, then enjoy a tasting portion. You’ll receive the recipe to recreate it at home.
