We are Neha Mahajan and Sarthak Nagpal, co‑founders of The Urban Reset.

We live and work in Budapest, just like you. We know what it feels like to spend hours at a desk, to carry stress in our shoulders, to reach the end of the day with nothing left for ourselves.

That’s why we created The Urban Reset.


What we believe

Wellness shouldn’t be complicated, expensive, or reserved for retreats you can’t fit into your calendar. It should be simple, practical, and woven into real life – whether you’re at your desk, in your kitchen, or on your yoga mat.

We bring together ancient practices through breathwork, meditation, yoga and ayurveda with modern, science‑backed approaches to give you tools that actually work. No fluff. No pressure. Just a few hours of genuine reset.


What we offer

We run half day, full day and 2 day events in beautiful, calm spaces. Each event includes:

  • Carefully selected breathing practices – tools to support both body and mind.
  • Guided meditation tools for focus and clarity
  • Gentle yoga for desk‑bound bodies
  • An introduction to ayurveda – practical, not theoretical
  • An ayurvedic cooking workshops and more

Mahajan Neha

Neha Mahajan comes with a background in event management, storytelling, and experiential design. Through The Urban Reset, she creates thoughtfully designed experiences that help people slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find balance in the middle of busy urban life.

Blending practical wellness tools with warm, human-centered experiences, Neha brings together movement, mindfulness, breathwork, and meaningful conversations in ways that feel accessible and grounded. Her work is driven by a deep belief that real well-being comes not from escaping modern life, but from learning how to navigate it with greater awareness, presence, and connection.

Nagpal Sarthak

Sarthak Nagpal holds a Master’s degree in Journalism and a Master’s in Filmmaking (ELTE Budapest) – a rare blend of storytelling rigor and visual craft. Growing up in India, he was deeply influenced by Vipassana and Isha foundations, which introduced him to mindfulness, alternate lifestyles, and the power of inner discipline. These early experiences planted the seeds for his lifelong commitment to holistic, intentional living.

Now based in Budapest, Sarthak brings more than a decade of creative leadership to Urban Reset – from directing music videos and short films to crafting content for socially conscious brands. His ability to build community through authentic narratives is what sets him apart. He doesn’t just talk about wellness; he lives it. Whether behind a camera or leading a workshop, Sarthak’s calm focus and genuine warmth inspire those around him to reset, reconnect, and grow.

At Urban Reset, he’s the bridge between vision and execution – designing experiences, shaping the brand’s voice, and making wellness feel both aspirational and accessible.

Zsolt Joel

Zsolt Joel runs The Sanctuary Yoga Studio and has had yoga and conscious movement as part of his life since childhood. He holds a Master’s degree in Recreation and Health Development. Throughout his career, he has worked internationally as a swimming, tennis, and strength coach, later managing a tennis academy in London.

In 2018, he travelled to India to deepen his understanding of breathwork, yoga philosophy, and teaching methodologies. Over the past eight years, alongside traditional pranayama practices, he has explored modern and cross‑cultural breathing approaches – including the Buteyko method, Wim Hof Method, Holotropic Breathwork, and freediving techniques.

His work focuses on the connection between breathing, self‑awareness, and nervous system regulation. Through guided breathwork sessions, he helps participants improve focus, emotional balance, stress management, and mental clarity – while supporting a more grounded and sustainable state of performance.

Zsolt believes conscious breathing and self‑awareness are essential tools for navigating the demands of modern life, enhancing both personal wellbeing and professional resilience.

Papp Zsófia

Zsofia is a dedicated practitioner of yoga and self‑development, with a deep belief in continuous growth and self‑awareness. She gained extensive experience facilitating retreats in Spain, where she deepened her own practice and connection to authentic living. Zsofia views yoga as a powerful tool to harmonise body, mind, and soul, while cultivating mental stillness. Her teaching approach focuses on creating calm, inclusive, and safe spaces – where yoga is accessible to all, emphasising inner connection over external performance.

Dr. Nellomkuzhiyil Shijil

Dr.Shijil Nellomkuzhiyil completed his Bachelor’s of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery at Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences with a strong educational background from KVG Ayurveda Medical College, Sullia.

After completing his graduation, he practiced for 10 years with well-known Ayurvedic hospitals in India and Europe, under the prominent figures in the field of Ayurveda education, research, and treatments.

He is widely credited with melding modern theories of health with the timeless wisdom of ancient Ayurveda.As Dr.Shijil says: „If the people are aware of their genetic constitutional types (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) they can avoid most of the diseases.”
